   Dear James,

   Thanks in letting us know of the program though it will be difficult for me now to make any changes on my reservation. Since I will not be able to attend some of the events due to my existing reservation, it will be nice for the planning committee to give us the price for each of the individual event (in addition to the package price), so that someone like me can book them accordingly.

     When are you arriving Hong Kong? Hope it is before 11/5 otherwise you may miss the school visit.

       We will be leaving New York on Nov 3 and arriving to HK on Nov 4 around 6PM. We will be able to attend the school visit. However, we will miss the luncheon which is scheduled on Nove 19 which is the day of our departure. EK
