Big ‘THANK YOU” to all committee members. I have already booked my flights, taking advantage of a seat sale. I suspect that many from Canada are doing the same. Please try your best not to change dates of events once published. There are other commitments to fulfill during our limited time “back home”.
Stephen,
The reunion dates (Nov. 5 to Nov.19) are firmed. So don’t have to worry about your airline tickets.
The committee understands that the overseas 61ers need time to prepare for the trips, especially trying to take advantage of the airfare and hotel deals. The committee is working feverishly to finalize all the events/details which will be posted as soon as they are available. The target date is before the next meeting.
1. Sorry for the format of the meeting minutes. Have not figured how to transfer from Word to the blog without the extra paragraph marks.
2. For the overseas old boys, the committee is trying very hard to finalize all the events as soon as they can so that you can make your travel arrangements. If you think you need more reunion info than what’s posted, contact us before you make your trip plan/reservation.
Francis
