To celebrate our ruby wedding anniversary, the family spent a week in a private villa in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. For a whole week, Nancy was free from any household chores, as there was a staff of three persons who took care of all our needs. We just kicked back and relaxed. Everyone had a wonderful time, especially the children.
Side note: After we came back, we were informed of the murder of a Canadian in Puerto Vallarta, and some cruise ships had cancelled stops to Mexico, including Puerto Vallarta. While we were there, things seemed to be normal except we didn’t see many tourists. Most of the restaurants were relatively empty. I am glad that we did not know about the murder until we came back. But at the same time, this trip had been planned over 9 months ago. I believe we would have gone one way or another. Anyway, we are home safe and sound.
Time flies when you’re having fun. 40 years later, both you and Nancy do not look any worse for ware. Congratulations! Great looking family!
